However, the story of the owner, Gerson, actually began on the other side of the coast in Colombia: “When I came to the United States, I knew I had to start from scratch and reinvent myself. I’ve always loved dogs and have a dog myself, and I’m glad I found pet care as my career.”

Gerson distinguishes his business by offering this unique amenity – an adjoining cafe overlooking the open playground for pet parents to unwind with a refreshing drink while soaking in the joyous atmosphere of watching dogs play.
Adjacent to the coffee table is a spacious retail section offering a variety of pet products, providing pet parents with the convenience of shopping while their pets are being groomed. This thoughtful addition elevates the waiting experience, allowing pet parents to relax over a drink and conveniently shop for their pets. It's a place where joy knows no bounds, both for the playful pups and their loving human companions.

“I don’t want just a grooming business. I want a brand.”
“I built the website myself,” Gerson shared. “I have a degree in industrial engineering and I work with technology a lot.” Focused on establishing more than just a dog grooming business, Gerson aspired to build a brand that embodies cleanliness, freshness, and modernity.
