Split Lodging Assignments for Peak Season Flexibility

Introducing Split Lodging Assignments! Now, split a pet’s stay across multiple lodging units seamlessly, with custom pricing and clear visibility.

👉 How it works:

  • Edit the Appointment: Select an appointment > Go to Appointment Details > Edit Service.
  • Add Lodging Units: Click “Add Another Lodging” to assign new units mid-stay.
  • Set Special Pricing: Charge custom rates for units outside standard service eligibility.
  • Track Visually: See multi-unit stays clearly in the Lodging View.

 

Sort by Client or Pet Name on Home Page

Now, sort your Homepage by client name or pet name with one click! Instantly locate pets or clients, even during the busiest days.

👉 How it works:

  • Open the Homepage.
  • Click the sort icon (↑↓) in the header.
  • Choose Client Name (A→Z) or Pet Name (A→Z).

 

Compact / Expanded View for Medication Schedule Table

Toggle between Compact or Expanded Medication Schedule views when printing Stay Cards to tailor the level of detail to your team’s workflow.

👉 How it works:

  • Homepage > Print > Stay Card > Medication Schedule Table.
  • Choose Compact View (clean labels only) or Expanded View (full time/instructions).
  • Print → Done!

 

MoeGo Optimized for Mobile Browsers

We’ve optimized the web view for mobile responsiveness. Now, you can use MoeGo seamlessly on phones with the same smooth experience as desktop.

👉 How it works:

  • Just open MoeGo in your phone’s browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) → That’s it!

 

Pin Pet Notes to the Top

Pin essential notes to the top of pet profiles and appointment cards, so that your team never misses critical details, no matter how many notes pile up.

👉 How it works:

  • Go to Appointment Details > Pet Notes or Pet Profile > Pet Notes.
  • Click the pin icon (📌) on any note → It’ll lock to the top.
  • Unpin anytime → Click the pin icon again.

 

Apply Peak Date Surcharge for All Pets

You can now apply a flat surcharge amount per appointment, regardless of the number of pets, during peak dates. Perfect for holidays or busy seasons when every booking needs a flat added fee.

👉 How it works:

  • Set a Peak Surcharge: Choose a fixed amount (e.g., $10 per appointment).
  • Select “Apply to All Pets” → The system adds the fee to every pet in the booking.
