We’ve upgraded with new Card on File filters and reminders to help you manage client payments more efficiently. No more sifting through client data manually — you can now find the Card on File filters in the Client & Pets list:

• 🔎 Smart Filters: Easily manage and filter Card on File information, card expiration status, and request status all in one place.
• ✨ Mass Text to Request: Bulk select filtered results to send mass text within seconds.
• 📃 Request Tracker: Quickly see which clients need follow-ups on their COF submissions.

🔔 To set up auto reminders for un-submitted cards on file, go to Settings > Auto Message > Reminders.
