Boarding & Daycare teams can now upload photos and videos to a shared “Today’s uploads” collection in Team App and on Web. Staff with Edit Report permission can then select the pets in each photo, or assign several files at once, and add them to their daily report drafts. 

Use case:
A daycare handler takes group photos during the morning playgroup and uploads them to Today’s uploads from their phone. Later, the front desk opens Today’s uploads on Web, tags the pets in each photo, adds them to the daily report drafts, then reviews and sends the reports.

👉 How to access

• Desktop: Home page → Report Card → Today’s uploads
• Team App: Today’s pets → Report Card → Today’s uploads

Anyone can upload. Staff with the “Edit ticket comments & report cards” permission can tag pets, change which reports a photo is linked to, or delete shared media.

⚠️ Note

• Uploading or tagging never sends a report. Reviewing and sending is still a separate step, and Sent reports can’t be tagged or edited.
• Today’s uploads shows today’s media only and is shared within one location.
