Facility Note Board: Shared Notes Across Shifts | MoeGo Changelog

#New Feature

Boarding & Daycare staff now have a shared Note board on the MoeGo Web Home page for posting operational updates. Notes are shared within the same facility and stay available across shift changes, so the next shift doesn’t have to track down a notebook or sticky note. Managers can pin and unpin important notes to keep key reminders prominent.

Use case:
A closing-shift lead needs the morning team to know that one kennel is being deep-cleaned and a medication schedule changed. Instead of leaving a sticky note at the front desk, they post it to the Note board, and the opening shift sees it right on the Home page. A manager pins the cleaning note so it stays at the top.

👉 How to access

• Go to Home → Note board
• Authorized staff create and review notes shared within the facility
• Managers can pin or unpin important notes to keep them prominent
• Managers would need access to create/edit/pin notes: Go to Settings > Staff > Role permissions > Manage note board

• Notes are shared within the same facility. Company-wide broadcasting is not included
