The system now automatically adds a “new” badge to pets visiting your location for the first time, making it easy for your team to prepare for introductions, extra time, or special handling.

The badge appears throughout the booking and appointment workflow, so staff never have to guess.

👉 How it works

• New badges for pets appear on:
• Online booking request notifications
• Request List
• Appointment Details

• The badge stays until the pet completes its first appointment at your location.
• For multi-location businesses: A pet with a completed appointment at location A will still show the badge at location B until it completes one there.
• Existing pets are automatically recognized based on completed appointment history.

The badge stays until the pet completes its first appointment at your location, so your team always knows who's visiting for the first time.
