Peak Dates can now be set up as a separate surcharge instead of a pricing rule folded into the service price. Staff and pet parents see the base service price and the peak charge as two separate items, and the peak fee is recorded on its own.
Use case:
A boarding owner charges $10 more per night on peak dates. A client with a 10-night package books a holiday stay. With Peak Dates as a surcharge, the package covers the regular nights, and the $10 per night peak charge appears as its own line.
