Separate Lodging and Playgroup Permissions | MoeGo Changelog

#New Feature

Managers can now control "Access lodging settings" and "Access playgroup settings" independently on Web. Previously, giving a staff member access to Lodging settings also gave them access to Playgroup management. Separate permissions let businesses match access to each role's responsibilities.

Use case:
A business has a kennel supervisor who manages lodging but shouldn't change playgroup setups. The manager keeps "Access lodging settings" on for that role and turns "Access playgroup settings" off.

👉 How to access

• Go to Settings → Staff → Role permissions
• Scroll down to Settings → Select Access Lodging settings / Access playgroup settings
• Confirm

⚠️ Note:

• The new Playgroup permission starts out matching each role's existing Lodging permission. For roles that should only manage Lodging, you'll need to turn off Playgroup access.
