FAQ
1. What if my plan isn’t listed above?
Contact MoeGo Support to check whether your account is eligible and which Holiday benefit applies to your business.
2. Do I need to claim again each billing cycle or for each team member?
No. Your business only needs to claim once for the account. Once it shows Claimed, no other team member needs to claim again. Your bonus will be included in subsequent eligible billing cycles during the Holiday period.
3. What happens if I claim just before my billing cycle renews?
You’ll receive the full bonus for your current billing cycle immediately after claiming. Each time your plan renews during the Holiday period, you’ll receive a fresh full bonus again.
For example, if you claim on October 1 and your next billing cycle starts on October 2, you’ll receive the full bonus on October 1, then another full bonus on October 2 for the new cycle.
Unused plan bonus credits don’t carry over, so any remaining bonus from the previous cycle expires when the new cycle begins.
4. How can I check my claim status and bonus credits?
The Holiday SMS banner and the SMS information in Messages will show Claimed. To check your credits, open your SMS balance in Messages, then open the Message Report. You can see your plan credits, purchased credits, remaining balance, and usage by message type. Holiday additions are marked with a gift indicator.
5. What happens to my credits when the Holiday offer ends?
Plan bonus credits follow your billing cycle. If an eligible cycle begins before January 1, 2027, its bonus remains available until that cycle ends even if it ends in January. The following cycle returns to your normal plan allowance. Unused plan bonus credits do not roll over. Credits purchased through SMS add-on packages continue to roll over to future months.
6. Does the offer change how one-way and two-way messages use credits?
No. Existing message classifications and credit rules continue to apply. The Holiday offer provides additional credits without changing those rules.
7. Why might messages containing emojis use more credits than before?
Emojis require a different SMS encoding, which reduces how much text fits into each SMS segment. A message containing emojis may therefore use more segments, and more credits than a message of similar length without them. Learn more about SMS encoding and message segments.
8. What if I can’t claim my bonus or still have concerns about SMS costs?
Contact MoeGo Support. We can help you check your eligibility, claim status, balance, and usage. If SMS costs remain a concern, tell us how you use messaging and where you’re running into difficulty. We want to understand whether the Holiday benefits are helping and what still needs attention.
