Eligibility & Offer Overview: This promotion is a SuperZoo-exclusive offer valid
only for referrals and qualified trade-show leads registered between August 12 2026 and August 14 2026.
Existing MoeGo customers ("Referrers") and prospective businesses attending or participating in SuperZoo
("Prospects") are eligible to receive designated promotional rewards upon successful contract execution.
Qualifying Sign-Up Window: To qualify for both Referrer (1 Month Free + 500 Bonus SMS
Credits) and Prospect (1 Month Free + 500 Bonus SMS Credits) rewards, the prospect must execute a qualifying
MoeGo subscription agreement (minimum 12-month commitment) within
30 calendar days following the final day of SuperZoo. Agreements executed after this 30-day
window will not qualify for SuperZoo promotional pricing or rewards.
Payout Conditions, Processing Time & Credit Fulfillment: Rewards and credits are
issued only upon successful contract execution and account activation by the referred Prospect within the
30-day post-show window. No rewards, credits, or compensation will be awarded for lead submissions alone,
unexecuted referrals, or cancelled agreements. Please allow up to 14 calendar days from the date of account
activation for system verification. Once verified, promotional subscription credits and bonus SMS allotments
will automatically apply to accounts on their next immediate billing cycle.
Non-Cash Value & Non-Transferability: Promotional subscription credits and bonus
SMS allotments have no cash redeemable value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for
cash or billing refunds.
Exclusivity & Non-Combinability: This trade-show offer is standalone and cannot be
combined with any other promotional offers, custom discounts, legacy referral program payouts, or existing
inbound/outbound sales incentives.
Exclusions & Pipeline Conflicts: Self-referrals, referrals for existing active
MoeGo accounts, and referrals of prospective businesses already engaged in active contract negotiations with
the MoeGo sales team prior to SuperZoo are strictly excluded from referrer payout eligibility.
Duplicate Submissions (Single Reward Limit): Each referred prospective business is
eligible to unlock only one promotional reward package. In the event that a single prospective business is
submitted by multiple Referrers, the referrer credit will be awarded solely to the Referrer whose submission
timestamp is logged first in the official intake system.
Account Standing & Program Modifications: To receive Referrer rewards, the
Referrer's account must remain active and in good financial standing (no past-due balances) at the time of
reward issuance. MoeGo reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time in the event of
fraud, technical misuse, or administrative necessity.
Referral Submissions: By submitting a referral, each Referrer confirms that the
Prospect is aware they are being referred to MoeGo and that the Referrer has the Prospect’s permission to
share their contact information. MoeGo will use Prospect information only to follow up regarding MoeGo
services and to administer this promotion in accordance with MoeGo’s privacy policy.
Program Administration: MoeGo’s sole obligation under this promotion is to apply the
applicable promotional credits to qualifying accounts as described above. If a system error delays reward
fulfillment beyond the stated processing window, MoeGo’s sole remedy will be to apply the credits as soon as
reasonably practicable. MoeGo is not responsible for any other losses or damages in connection with this
promotion. MoeGo reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms at its sole discretion, and all
decisions regarding eligibility and reward fulfillment are final.
