Email campaign reports can now show bookings and estimated service value attributed to a campaign across every business a user has access to, in a single view. Previously, multi-location owners had to open, export, and manually combine a separate report for each business to see company-wide campaign performance.
Use case:
A multi-location owner with 17 businesses runs a marketing campaign across all locations. Instead of opening and exporting 17 separate campaign reports, they open the campaign once and see combined bookings and estimated service value across all 17 businesses in a single report, with the option to filter down to specific locations.
👉 How to access
- Go to Marketing → Email campaigns → open a sent campaign → View report.
- The report defaults to all businesses you can access, with a filter to narrow results by business.
- The recipient table and export both include a Business column, and one export can cover multiple businesses.
⚠️ Note: Campaign totals are permission-scoped. Two users may see different booking counts or values for the same campaign if they have access to different businesses.
