When a pet requires an evaluation before booking, pet parents now get redirected to schedule their evaluation earlier in the online booking process.
Instead of selecting dates and services first, pet parents will go straight to scheduling an evaluation if it is required based on your setting.
⚠️ Note: Evaluation scheduling only becomes required when every applicable service for the selected pet(s) requires evaluation.
