Playgroup: Filter Ungrouped Dogs by Care Type

#New Feature

Staff assigning ungrouped dogs into playgroups can now filter the ungrouped dogs list by care type (All, Daycare, or Boarding) instead of opening each booking individually to check. This is a filter on top of the existing assignment flow and does not affect pricing, payment, or plan entitlement. Alphabetical sorting within the list remains unchanged.

 

👉 How to access

  • Go to Playgroup → Assign ungrouped dogs in the top-right cornerUse the filter to narrow to All, Daycare, or Boarding

⚠️ Note:

  • Switching the filter clears your current selections (the playgroup you'd already picked stays put)
  • A dog with both Daycare and Boarding appointments can show up under either filter
  • If a filtered view shows zero dogs, that just means nothing matched today, not that nothing needs a playgroup
