Print Cards: Pet Labels & ID Collars

Boarding & Daycare businesses can now print pet labels for cage cards, food bins, and belongings, as well as temporary ID collars, directly from an appointment. This replaces manual, handwritten labeling (e.g., masking tape) during busy check-in periods with a consistent, on-brand printed output.

Use case:
During a busy Monday check-in with six dogs arriving at once, staff print labels for each pet's food bin and belongings, plus a temporary ID collar, directly from the appointment, instead of handwriting names on tape to keep track of which items and collar belong to which pet.

  • Go to Appointment → Print → Pet label / collar.
  • For multiple pets, batch labels are available on the existing batch print page

💡 If you already run an IDEXX or TabBand printer for stay cards, this uses the same printer and paper roll. No new hardware needed.
