Task List: View Feeding & Medication Tasks by Pet

Task List now includes a View by pet toggle, which groups all feeding and medication tasks for each pet into one place for a selected day — including scheduled times and completion status. Previously, staff had to scroll and switch between time-based sections (AM, Lunch, Bedtime, etc.) to piece together a single pet's full day of care. The existing time-based view remains unchanged for staff who prefer that workflow.

Use case:
A staff member prepping the morning shift needs to know everything a specific pet requires that day: breakfast feeding, lunch medication, and a bedtime pill. Instead of checking each time-based section separately, they switch Task List to View by pet and see all of that pet's tasks grouped together for the day.

 

👉 How to access

  • Go to Home → Tasks in the top right corner
  • Select a day
  • Toggle to View by pet
