Keeping clients informed about their upcoming appointments helps reduce confusion and improves communication. With MoeGo, you can easily share a client’s upcoming bookings directly from their profile.
By sending a shareable link via SMS or email, clients can quickly view their upcoming appointments—including service details, staff assignments, and appointment times.
This guide explains how to share upcoming appointments using both the desktop and mobile app.
Share Upcoming Appointments on Desktop
To share a client’s upcoming appointments using the desktop:
Navigate to Clients & Pets
Open the Client Profile
Select the Bookings tab
Click the orange “Share Upcoming Bookings” button
A pop-up window will appear where you can choose how to send the link.
Select Send by Message or Send by Email
Click Confirm
Send by Message
If you choose Send by Message, you will be redirected to the Message Center.
From there you can:
Edit the message content
Send the message to the client
The upcoming appointment link will automatically be included in the message.
Alternative Method: Send from Message Center
You can also send the upcoming appointment link directly from the Message Center.
Open the client’s chat conversation
Select Links in the chat widget
Click Share Upcoming Appointment
This will insert the {upcomingLink} variable into the message box.
Once the message is sent, the variable will automatically convert into a clickable appointment link for the client.
Share Upcoming Appointments on the App
On the mobile app, you can customize which appointments are included in the shared link.
Note: Appointment filters can only be customized in the app.
The desktop version does not allow filtering.
To share upcoming appointments using the app:
Navigate to Clients & Pets
Open the Client Profile
Tap Share Upcoming Appointments in the client detail page
You can then choose which appointments to include based on the following filters:
Appointment Status
All
Confirmed
Unconfirmed
Appointment Range
All upcoming appointments
Appointments within 30 / 60 days
Appointments within X days
Next 1 / 3 / X appointments
Manual Selection
You may also select appointments manually.
After selecting your filters:
Tap Preview to review the appointment list
Tap Share
Choose Send by Message or Send by Email
Tap Confirm
If you choose Send by Message, the message will open in the Message Center, where you can edit the content before sending.
What Clients See
If Sent by Message
Clients will receive a link to view their upcoming appointments.
When they open the link, they can see:
Appointment date and time
Assigned staff
Service details
If Estimated Service Price is enabled in
Settings → General Settings → Advanced Settings,
the estimated service price will also appear on the appointment page.
If Sent by Email
When sent by email, the client can view their upcoming appointments directly within the email.
At the bottom of the email, they can click “View All” to open the full appointment list using the same upcoming appointment link.
