MoeGo lets you record a pet's feeding and medication needs directly inside a boarding or daycare appointment.
Your staff can track care tasks, record outcomes, and leave notes — all without leaving the appointment.

Add feeding & medication to a new appointment
When creating a new Boarding or Daycare appointment, you can:
Set up feeding instructions directly within the service details
Select “Needs Medication” to add medication dates and instructions
When creating a new boarding or daycare appointment:
Fill in service details as usual — client, pet, dates, service type.
Set up feeding: Enter feeding instructions directly in the feeding section within the appointment form.
Add medication if needed: Toggle on Needs Medication to enter a medication schedule and instructions.
Edit feeding & medication on an existing appointment
Open the appointment.
Navigate to the Feeding & Medication section.
Edit feeding or medication schedules as needed.
From here, you can:
Assign feeding and medication tasks to specific staff members
Record feeding and medication outcomes using feedback selections
Add additional internal notes for the care team
Record care outcomes during the stay
Once a pet is checked in, your staff can use the feeding and medication section to document what happened at each scheduled time.
Record feeding or medication feedback: Select the appropriate feedback option from the dropdown — for example, "Ate all (100%)" or "Took full dose on time."
Leave care notes: Add internal notes next to the feedback dropdown for anything that needs further context — for example, "Pet was nervous, fed in separate area."
Assign tasks to staff: Assign each feeding or medication task to a specific staff member so responsibility is clear.

Set feeding & medication in a pet's client profile
You can also store default feeding and medication schedules directly on a pet's profile so they pre-populate whenever that pet is booked.
Navigate to: Client Profile > Pet section > Feeding or Medication
To add a feeding schedule
Select existing options from the dropdowns, or create new ones inline.
Fill in: Time, Amount, Unit, Food Type, Food Source, Feeding Instructions.
Add any additional notes if needed.
To add a medication schedule
Select existing options from the dropdowns, or create new ones inline.
Fill in: Time, Amount, Unit, Medication Name.
Add any additional notes if needed.
