A: Yes. Clients in the US verify their identity using their phone number via SMS before they can access the booking flow. Returning clients can skip re-entry using the Continue as [Client Name] prompt on the booking page.
Q: Can clients book without an existing pet profile?
A: Yes. If a client doesn't have a pet on file yet, they can add a new pet during the booking flow before selecting a service.
Q: Can clients include multiple pets in one booking request?
A: Yes. Clients can select more than one pet during the pet selection step. Each pet gets its own service selection, and add-ons — multiple pets are submitted under one appointment as a single request.
Q: Can clients add grooming to a boarding or daycare booking?
A: Yes, if you've configured grooming services as add-ons. After selecting a service, clients see an Anything to add? screen where they can toggle on any add-ons you've set up — including grooming — and choose when they should be applied: first day, last day, certain dates, or every day of the stay.
Q: Why can't my clients book daycare more than 31 days in advance?
A: Online booking for daycare currently limits how far ahead clients can select dates to 31 days. This is a known platform limitation. Clients who need to book recurring weekly daycare will need to submit a new request once earlier dates are confirmed.
Q: Is a deposit always charged when a client books online?
A: No. Whether a deposit is collected — and how much — depends on your deposit settings.
Q: What triggers the service agreement prompt my clients see before submitting?
