The Leads Dashboard is where you view, filter, and manage all your leads in one place. Use it to prioritize follow-ups, track where each lead stands, and keep your team organized.

To open the dashboard: Main menu > Customer Center > Leads Management.

For an overview of how Leads Management works, see Leads Management Overview.πŸ‘ˆ

Filters

Use filters to narrow your lead list to exactly what you need. You can filter by:

Filter

What it does

Referral Source

Where the lead came from (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Channel

How they contacted you (e.g., Call in, Online Booking, Intake Form, SMS)

Lifecycle

The lead's current stage (e.g., Lead, Opportunity, Trash)

Action Status

The outcome of your last interaction (e.g., Connected, Voicemail, In Progress)

Created Date

When the lead was added

Agent

The staff member assigned to the lead

Tasks

Pending tasks > 0 (open tasks) or Pending tasks = 0 (all done)

Custom Fields

Any custom fields your business has set up β€” Learn More.

πŸ’‘ You can combine multiple filters at once.

For example: use Source + Created Date to find recent inquiries, Agent to balance workload across staff, or Action Status to surface leads that need follow-up.

List View

List View shows all your leads in a table. Each row displays key details at a glance:

  • Source β€” where the lead came from

  • Lifecycle β€” the lead's current stage (defaults: Lead, Opportunity, Trash)

  • Action Status β€” the outcome of your last interaction (defaults: Qualified, Answered, Voicemail, and more)

πŸ“ Note: Lifecycle stages, action statuses, referral sources, and channels are all customizable.

To edit defaults, go to Settings > Customers & Pets > Leads (for lifecycle and action status) or Settings > Customers & Pets > Channels (for channels).
