What is a lead?
A lead is a potential customer who has shown interest in your business but hasn't booked an appointment or made a purchase yet.

How the workflow fits together
Once Leads Management is enabled, here's how leads move through your business:
Capture: Leads are automatically created from supported channels β Online Booking, intake forms, calls, and messages. You can also add leads manually.
Manage: View and organize all leads in the Leads Dashboard. Filter by source, lifecycle stage, action status, assigned staff, and more. Use List View or Kanban View to work the way your team prefers.
Follow up: Contact leads directly from their profile β send an SMS, email, or log a call. Assign tasks and track every interaction in the lead's activity timeline.
Convert: When a lead is ready, convert them to a client with one click. MoeGo carries over their contact details, pet info, and activity history automatically. Conversion also happens automatically when a lead books, purchases, or completes a transaction.
