Bulk import leads (Beta)

How to import a list of leads into MoeGo using a CSV file, including how to prepare your file, run the import, and check the results.

If you have a list of potential customers from another platform, event, or referral campaign, you can import them directly into Leads Management as a CSV file.

⚠️ This is a Beta feature available to selected accounts only. If you'd like access, contact your account manager.

Step 1: Prepare your file

  1. Go to Customer Center > Leads Management > Options > Import leads.

  2. Click Import new leads and download the sample CSV file.

  3. Fill in your data using the same column structure as the sample file.

  4. Before uploading, review your file for:

    • Phone numbers in the correct format

    • Consistent naming for lead sources

    • Custom field values that match fields already set up in MoeGo

    • Empty rows or broken data β€” remove these before importing

πŸ“ Note: Only CSV files are supported.

Step 2: Upload your file

  1. Click Import new leads and select your prepared CSV file.

  2. Review the column mapping β€” confirm that your columns match the correct MoeGo fields.

  3. Click Confirm to start the import.

Step 3: Review the results

Once the import runs, check the import status screen to see how many leads were successfully imported.

If any leads failed to import:

  • Download the error file to see which records failed and why

  • Fix the issues in your spreadsheet

  • Manually add any leads that can't be corrected through re-import, using Add lead
