You can reschedule an appointment in two ways:
Drag and drop the appointment on the calendar
Edit the appointment date and time
π‘ Note: Finished appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Reschedule an Appointment (Desktop)
Method 1: Drag and Drop on the Calendar
Click and hold the appointment card on the calendar.
Drag the appointment to the new time slot.
Release the mouse to place the appointment.
Click Confirm to save the change.
Method 2: Edit the Appointment Time
Click the appointment card on the calendar.
The appointment drawer will open.
Click the edit icon next to the date and time.
Adjust the date and/or time.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Reschedule an Appointment (Mobile App)
Method 1: Drag and Drop on the Calendar
Tap and hold the appointment card on the calendar.
Drag the appointment to the new time slot.
Release to confirm the new position.
If enabled, you will be asked whether to send an appointment rescheduled message to the client.
Method 2: Edit the Appointment
Open the appointment details from the calendar or client profile.
Tap Reschedule.
Choose one of the following:
Select Date to manually choose a new time
Smart Scheduling to find recommended slots
Tap Confirm.
Tap Save to update the appointment.
