Appointment - Book Again

The Book Again feature allows you to quickly recreate a previous appointment using the same pet, service, and other details. This helps you schedule recurring visits faster when clients request the same service as last time.


Book Again (🖥️ Desktop)

Book Again from the Calendar

  1. Click an appointment card on the calendar.

  2. The appointment drawer will open.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Book Again.

  5. Review the appointment details.

  6. Click Book Now to create the new appointment.

⚠️ The appointment time will default to the current date and time, so make sure to adjust it if needed.

Book Again from a Finished Appointment

If the appointment status is Finished, you can also:

  1. Open the appointment drawer.

  2. Click the orange “Book Again” button in the bottom-right corner.

Book Again from the Advanced Edit Page

You can also recreate the last appointment from the Advanced Edit page.

  1. Open the appointment details.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯).

  3. Select Advanced Edit.

  4. In the Last Appointment section, click Book Again.

The system will populate the booking page with the previous appointment details.

Before saving:

  • Check the scheduled date and time (it defaults to the current time)

  • Confirm the pet and service selections

Click Save to create the appointment.

Book Again from Appointment Details

You can book again from unpaid or finished appointments.

  1. Go to the Appointment Details page.

  2. Tap Book Again.

Review the appointment details and tap Add to confirm.

Book Again with Smart Scheduling

You can also use Smart Scheduling when rebooking.

  1. Open the Appointment Details page.

  2. Tap Book Again.

  3. Tap Add.

  4. Select Smart Scheduling.

Then configure the scheduling preferences:

  • Rebook frequency

  • Preferred staff

  • Start date

  • Customer preferences

Tap Start Smart Scheduling.

The system will recommend available time slots, and the new appointment will appear on the calendar once scheduled.
