This article explains what clients can see in the Appointments and Report Cards sections.
Appointments
The Appointments section is the most-used part of the portal. Pet parents can see the real-time status of their bookings — no need to call your team to check.
The portal dashboard always shows the most recent active or pending appointment at the top.
Clients can also navigate to the full Appointments section to see:
Upcoming tab — confirmed future appointments, including date, time, service type, pet name, and current status (e.g., Pending, Confirmed)
Past tab — completed appointments with the same details
Tapping an appointment card opens the full detail view: service, pet, date, time, and status.
📝 Note: For boarding and daycare appointments where camera integration is configured, clients will also see a View live camera button.
This lets them watch a live feed of their pet — one of the most-valued features for boarding clients.

Report cards
The Report Cards section shows a history of all service report cards you've sent for each pet. Clients see a per-pet view — tapping a pet avatar at the top switches the list to that pet's history.
Each entry shows the service date, service type, and any photos included. Clients can tap to open the full report card.
📝 Note: Report cards only appear here if your business has created and sent them through MoeGo. If a pet has no report cards on record, the section shows an empty state for that pet.
