Your MoeGo subscription includes SMS credits that renew each billing cycle. If your business needs more credits before the next renewal, you can purchase an SMS add-on package.
Purchased credits do not expire. Any unused amount rolls over until it is used.
Purchase a package on desktop
Open Messages: Go to Messages in MoeGo.
Select the location: Confirm that you are viewing the correct business location.
Open Message Report: Select SMS available in the Messages header.
Select Purchase SMS: Open the package selection page.
Choose a package: Review the credit amount and price.
Complete the purchase.
You can also select Add more next to the available SMS balance to open the package selection page directly.
Purchase a package in the MoeGo Business App
Open Messages.
Select the SMS balance: Tap the number icon in the upper-left corner.
Select Purchase SMS.
Choose a package and complete the purchase.
Use Auto Reload
Auto Reload helps prevent your SMS balance from running out during normal business operations.
When Auto Reload is enabled, MoeGo automatically purchases the selected package when your remaining SMS balance falls below 10 credits.
Open the package selection page.
Select a package.
Enable Auto Reload.
Complete the purchase.
đ Note: Auto Reload purchases use the price and credit amount available at the time the purchase is completed.

You can purchase the same package more than once. Each purchase adds its credits to the account.
Holiday package amounts through December 31, 2026
During the 2026 Holiday offer, SMS packages purchased from October 1 through December 31 include more credits at the same price:

The Holiday amount applies automatically to both manual purchases and Auto Reload purchases completed before 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2026, in your businessâs local timezone. You do not need to claim the free Holiday plan bonus before purchasing a Holiday package.

Enterprise packages with custom credit amounts
For an Enterprise custom package, the Holiday increase is based on the package price. The percentage is applied to the contracted credit quantity, while the contracted price stays the same.

Example: A custom $500 package that normally includes 5,000 credits receives a 25% increase. During the Holiday offer, it includes 6,250 credits for the same contracted price.
