Click any lead in the Leads Dashboard to open their profile.

Each profile has two panels: the Details panel on the left (contact info, pets, lifecycle, custom fields) and the Interaction panel on the right (communication history, call logs, notes, and tasks).

For an overview of how Leads Management works, see Leads Management Overview. πŸ‘ˆ

Lead details

The details panel shows everything you know about the lead. You can view and edit:

  • Contact information β€” name, phone number, email

  • Pets β€” pet name, breed, and any other pet details added

  • Lifecycle stage β€” where this lead sits in your pipeline (e.g., Lead, Opportunity)

  • Action status β€” the outcome of your last interaction (e.g., Connected, Voicemail)

  • Assigned agent β€” the staff member responsible for this lead

  • Custom fields β€” any additional fields your business has configured

To edit any field, click directly on it in the details panel and save your changes.

Activities & history

The interaction panel on the right tracks every touchpoint with a lead in chronological order. Use the tabs to:

  • Messages β€” view SMS conversation history with this lead

  • Calls β€” log a call or review past call records

  • Notes β€” add internal notes visible to your team

  • History β€” a full timeline of all activity on this lead

Tasks

Use tasks to track follow-up actions for a lead and assign them to the right staff member.

To add a task:

  1. Open the lead profile and go to the Tasks tab.

  2. Click Add Task.

  3. Enter the task description, set a due date, and assign it to a staff member.

  4. Click Save.

To complete a task:

  • Check off the task when it's done. Completed tasks are logged in the lead's history.
