Introducing Waitlist for Boarding & Daycare! Now, clients can opt into a waitlist when spots are full, and your team can seamlessly convert entries into bookings when availability opens.
Key Features:
- Auto-Notifications: Staff get alerts when cancellations free up slots.
- Priority Matching: Offer filterable recommendations for waitlisted customers based on availability and priority.
- Instant Insights: View customer/pet details (vaccines, payment info) directly in the waitlist.
- Flexible Additions: Create waitlist entries for phone/email inquiries in seconds.
Auto-Apply Packages at Check-Out
Package Auto-Apply is now live for all boarding and daycare businesses! When a client checks out, the system automatically detects and applies eligible packages, saving you clicks and reducing mistakes.
👉 How it works:
- A client checks out for an appointment.
- If they have an active package, it’s auto-applied.
- Done! No manual searches or dropdowns.
See Spay/Neuter Status on the Homepage
Now, view fixed pet information, such as spay/neuter status, directly on the Homepage!
👉 How it works:
- Navigate to the Homepage.
- Check the “Spayed” label next to pet names.
- No clicks needed—vital details are visible at a glance.
Custom Room/Area-Based Capacity for Your Lodging Type
You can now custom how capacity is calculated based on your physical layout:
- Room/Kennel-Based: Capacity = Number of rooms
- Area-Based: Capacity = Total pets in shared spaces.
For the existing lodging setting, we will automatically update based on the following logic:
- ≤5 max pets → Room-based.
- >5 max pets → Area-based.
👉 You can manually update this setting by navigating by navigating to Settings > Lodgings > Lodging Type to tweak as needed.
Instant Add-On Visibility on the Homepage
Now, add-ons are displayed directly on the Homepage alongside appointments.
👉 How it works:
- Go to your Homepage.
- Add-ons (e.g., “1:1 Playtime” or “Paw Balm Treatment”) appear next to the service name.
