Here’s what you can do under “Tasks”:

  • Assign Tasks to Staff: Easily assign tasks to specific team members so they know exactly what to focus on with access to their personal task board.
  • Note Section: Add notes to tasks to track all important details in one place.

Auto Assign Staff for Evaluation

Need a seamless way to manage evaluations? You can now turn on auto-assign to let the system allocate staff automatically or assign a specific staff member for evaluations when specialized care is required.

👉 Go to Settings - Services - Evaluation - Applicable staff to set it up.

Smart Add-On Settings

As your pet care business grows, managing boarding, daycare, and even grooming services means you might need different add-ons for each care type. Here’s how this feature helps:

  • Smart Add-On Matching: Add-ons are automatically applied to the right service type, reducing mistakes and saving you time.
  • Simplified Online Booking: Customers will only see the add-ons that fit their chosen service, making booking easier for them and hassle-free for you.

👉 Go to Settings - Services - Add-ons - select a specific add-on - Applicable services to set it up.

Streamline Add-Ons with Staff Scheduling Options

With our latest update, you can now set whether an add-on requires staff involvement or not. Here’s how it works:

  • Add-Ons That Need Staff: These will show on your Calendar to keep your team on track.
  • Add-Ons That Don’t Need Staff: These won’t appear on the Calendar, keeping it clear and focused.

Here are some examples:

  • Puppy Training (Boarding): Needs staff and shows on the Calendar.
  • Treat (Boarding): Doesn’t need staff and can be scheduled for multiple days.

👉 Go to Settings - Services - Add-ons - select a specific add-on - Staff to set it up.
