Unlike many camera systems that rely on third-party servers, iDogCam’s entire infrastructure, from hardware to cloud storage, is proprietary and purpose-built for pet care. Their team even monitors systems down to the camera level and offers live 7-day-a-week phone support.

When MoeGo and iDogCam launched their integration, Jake was ready to take transparency even further. Through the new integration, Hound HQ connected their in-room and play-area cameras directly to MoeGo’s online booking portal, allowing clients to:
- Watch live streams of their pets right where they book and manage appointments.
- Enjoy one secure, unified experience without switching apps or juggling passwords.
- Feel confident in uptime and access control. The “View Live Feed" button only appears when a pet is actively checked in, keeping privacy airtight.

This integration also lifted a major operational burden off Jake’s staff. The team no longer needed to manually send camera links or handle access permissions, freeing them to focus on what matters most: caring for pets and building client relationships.
“It’s night and day compared to our previous software experience,” Jake said. “MoeGo’s interface is light years beyond what we used before, and having everything in one place and a reliable solution for me was really really critical.”
